Opening of the Hiiu Gourmet Factory

Hiiu Gourmet warmly invites you to discover a new home of taste experiences—our Factory, opening on June 22, 2025. Here, products inspired by Hiiumaa’s pure nature are created right before your eyes.

As you step through the Factory doors, you’ll first find yourself in our cozy factory shop, where you can explore and purchase the full range of Hiiu Gourmet handmade products. 

During summer, we open our doors to curious visitors on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Join us for the very first time on:
– June 26 from 11:00 to 18:00
– June 27 from 11:00 to 18:00
– June 28 from 11:00 to 15:00

Enjoy a cup of coffee or Hiiu Gourmet tea, a scoop of ice cream... and perhaps something more

As you step through the doors of the Factory, you’ll find yourself in our cozy shop, where freshly made seasoning salts, tea blends, and much more await. Here you can pick up all of Hiiu Gourmet’s handcrafted products, enjoy a cup of aromatic coffee, and treat yourself to something delicious.
