Opening of the Hiiu Gourmet Factory

Hiiu Gourmet Factory invites you to discover the new home of flavour experiences – our Factory, where products inspired by Hiiumaa’s pure nature are crafted right before your eyes.

As you step through the doors, you’ll enter our cozy factory shop, where you can explore and purchase the full range of Hiiu Gourmet handcrafted delights.

During the summer, we welcome curious visitors on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Enjoy a cup of coffee or Hiiu Gourmet tea, a small ice cream… and maybe something extra.

In July and August, our Factory is open:
Thursday 11:00–18:00
Friday 11:00–18:00
Saturday 11:00–15:00

Factory Shop

As you step through the doors of the Factory, you’ll find yourself in our cozy shop, where freshly made seasoning salts, tea blends, and much more await. Here you can pick up all of Hiiu Gourmet’s handcrafted products, enjoy a cup of aromatic coffee, and treat yourself to something delicious.
