Participants will get a brief introduction to Hiiumaa’s wild plants and learn how they are used in everyday life.
With our guidance, everyone creates a small jar of their own Hiiumaa flavor – either a herbal tea blend or a seasoned salt – to take home.

The workshop is suitable for everyone, regardless of prior experience. Hiiu Gourmet also travels to locations by invitation, offering a first taste of Hiiumaa through flavors. We bring Hiiumaa to where it’s needed.
