Hiiu Gourmet offers two pop-up workshops: a herbal tea workshop and a flavored salt workshop. In the workshop, you'll get a brief introduction to the wild plants of Hiiumaa and learn how to use them in everyday life. With our guidance, you’ll choose the herbs that suit your taste and combine them into a personalized flavored salt or herbal tea blend.
You’ll take home a small jar filled with the taste of Hiiumaa – a reminder that your next destination should be this magical island.
