Our journey begins at the Hiiu Gourmet Factory in Käina. We'll take a short factory tour and hear the story of Hiiu Gourmet – how and why we preserve the tastes and scents of Hiiumaa’s nature in a jar. Next, we head to Kassari, where the photo guide will introduce us to edible plants available in every season and help us capture the beauty we encounter along the way.

During the hike, we’ll experience wild flavors hidden in the island’s meadows and forests.
